"We have been with this agent since December 2020 (home and auto coverage). No major issues, however, my spouse ran into a few issues with his auto insurance rate going up and down and receiving conflicting explanations as to why the rates were changing. Unfortunately a couple of years later , due to 2 accidents that occurred with my vehicle we were dropped from our auto policy which we totally understood. This year, my spouse decided to work with State Farm again, but with a different agent due to his previous experience.
